I give up. I am thinking adjustment may not even be possible on this machine. The videos show where I got to before giving up.
To correct the geometry issue I had I deleted the BslAppSimple folder, downloaded a fresh version from Mediafire account and started again. Measurements and geometry were then back to normal.
I think this machine and the software is a bit of a lash up to be honest.
I can lase a perfect 70mm X 70mm square but the calibration image is all over the place. Both can not be correct!!!
It seems that deleting the software can cure many issues and I have done it a few times now.
Also note that a real fibre laser can mark paper!
This one can't and that is why they sell expensive black paper sheets for alignment purposes, if you could align it of course.
Wasted enough time on this now.
If anyone can get any further I would love to hear about it.
